Use as a pre-wash oil, 1-2x per week for best results. Apply the oil to dry roots and hair. Part the hair into four sections. Gently massage with fingertips or a scalp massager for 2-5 minutes. Smooth excess oil onto ends of hair. Leave for 15-30 mins (or longer for a deeper treatment). Rinse, then shampoo as normal.
